Yeah, became swamped on some of the orders at that time. It was mainly due to the huge load of articles that was ordered for the web 2.0s, didn't want to rush the work and loose the quality of the articles made. Other than the web 2.0s being a bit late, we can ensure that all other services are delivered on time. Thanks!

You can order anywhere mate. Those few peeps who didn't get their report had some issues on their URL, we've e-mailed them but got no response except the ones on the thread.
