Zappos.com affiliate, the same as Amazon?

I wanted to know if zappos accepts affiliates outside of US? I couldn't find the information on Google. Is there anyone had / have experience working with Zappos?
What is it like?
Anything I should worry about?
How much is the %?

zapppos is good brand but their brand manager sucks..

they are not approving the affiliates from out side of USA>.

also they are taking too much time in approval..

what can i say is that they are f***r....
