Let's assume I own the domains i-phone6review.com, appleiphone6review.com and iphone6review.com, what would you do with it?

I guess you are talking about how we would monetize it? Because the domain really explains what type of content should be put on there.

Right, but I think it's worth more than just a review site.

...nevermind. It's a review site, and that's what I'm going to do.

$5 is too much. I would feel like i'm ripping you off. Will you take tree fiddy?

On a serious note, would you advise redirecting the domains to a single domain or should I build out each domain with a different website. Leaning towards a 301-redirect.

I would say good timing, make a small review site, and churn until you get burned by the C&D.

You think I'm going to get a C&D? How strongly do you feel about that? I would rather turn this into a long term site, as would anybody, but if I'm going to get a cease and desist I might as well get some mula.

You are using trademarks, so a C&D will only be a matter of time once the sites go live and even faster if your are making money from them.

You might make a couple of bucks from selling them now to a noob but if Apple chase you then you won't get a penny.

4. Web Sites: Web sites that serve only as noncommercial electronic informational forums concerning an Apple product or technology may use the appropriate Apple word mark, provided such use complies with the guidelines set forth in Section 3 above.

Hmmm. Well that's disappointing.

And if you say no, you won't obey their command to f*ck off, they'll just blow your nose with P20 sandpaper. That's how Apple treats sites that bank on their product/company names.

But yes, sorry to say the domains are not worth too much, because Apple might hunt them down any moment now.

I would delete them from my registrar account.

Well, Let's assume I own the domains i-phone6review.com, appleiphone6review.com and iphone6review.com, what I would do with them is , make it look like I had sold them to somebody else, then make sure they were on some offshore bullet proof hosting, with domain privacy with no way to link back to me. Then I would milk them for as long as possible before they were seized or the host buckled.

Sounds fun, but too much for me honestly. I also don't know the legal repercussions of such a thing. I'm going to upload a quality 1000 word article and maybe link to some affiliate offers and see what happens. I'll post again if I get a C&D or anything interesting happens.

I'm blackhat to a degree...but trademarked domains are not worth my time and frustration.

too bad, thought I grabbed a winner.

Were you by any chance trying to launch jack Apple's iPhone 6?
