Thanks for the review copy. The domain is a .net with PR0. But that not an issue as many do not care about PR nowadays. What the cool things are the number of quality backlinks it got like Bloomberg.com CNN.com and many more big news sites. And the domain is age from 2006.
Will be buying for my new niche sites if there are related domains OP got. Worth the money as age domain get indexed faster than new one, also do not have to worry on blasting backlinks to it since it already got many quality backlinks itself.

While sometimes the domains are dropped have been recently dropped and still have their PR, most of the time they don't have any PR because they have been dropped/expired for a couple years. However, their backlinks have PR, and those links are still up. Once you set up a site, you will get a great link benefit from those links!

Thanks for the positive review! It would not be unusual to see your client's site do very well after a few of these with a 301 redirect to his site. I'd be excited to see the jump in the serps!
