for bhw i cut out all the following
1 - new members
2 - low post accounts
3 - inactive accounts for many yrs that go on a buy spree
4 - random skype adds blocked b4 they start.

I no longer buy overseas....India to be specific. Had about 50% scam rate from that country. Could just be my experience, but from the looks of your case I doubt that

You could open a shitlist thread, did the seller offer any refund or guarantee.
Buying views, especially low quality ones is a risky game now, so maybe you should just accept his offer of $20 and leave the bad review and be done with it.

I just ordered 3000 views to one of my videos on Youtube from a bst seller here.
Had them drip fed in over four days
Day1: 800 views....nice
Day2: 1900 views....looking good
Day3: 2600 views.....nearly there
Day4: *Your video has been removed*
In fairness, the guy did his job as requested so I dont blame him. Youtube are just cunts at the moment and I dont know how you guys that make money there put up with the bullshit.

Well you mentioned he did his job... Well he said that the HR more expensive views are safe and his cheap views will get your video banned. That's what he says after my video gets banned. So why the hell sell people cheap views if it gets shitted and banned after 3 days? He did not do his job and I can bet on it that his HR views will get you banned as well as its all embed views form the same site. Point is he should mention that before one buys. And then he deletes you from skype and demands you review the post stating his views got your video banned? Is that fair? I don't think so. People have the right to know that his views got my video banned. PERIOD
And then he lies to paypal saying he fully delivered my order which he did not + he deletes the messages he sent me over skype so I cannot use it as proof... Now does that sound like someone doing his job?

Well Shitlist him then, there is a good chance you will lose the dispute.
The problem is that nobody forced you to buy those views and Videos getting banned because of cheap views has been a problem for months. If you think he has ripped you off SL him or just swallow it and move on.

I also used my cc via paypal to pay... Only issue is I am in South Africa and our "service" is not that good lol. They would want letters and proof and this and that and then maybe in 10 days they might get the money back.

I paid for high retention views to be safe. Im probably a bit mellow because it hasnt affected me much its just an inconvenience and I am learning about Youtube. As far as I can see buying views for youtube at present is a guaranteed video take down and it would be nice to know this before you spend money but no seller is interested in telling you that.
If I was getting ignored/deleted off skype etc then I would be pretty pissed off.

The way he acted is what is scammy. Deleting his messages on skype, deleting me, telling paypal he delivered the full order which he did not. I paid for 5000 more views, 100 likes and 25 comments which was not delivered.
I cannot post in the shitlist section because I am not JR.VIP, otherwise I would defs... I mean its not $14 + $150 + $26 scammed in under 3 weeks. It all adds up...

I agree... They charge you more for "safe views" and then still sell you cheap views without saying its gna get the video banned before you order! And The expensive views also gets the video banned most likely....

Id really appreciate it if you guys can like my post on his thread or comment to bring this to peoples attention. If I at least get $20 back instead of $26 it would be nice. But he deleted me and tells paypal he delivered order in full, which is a BIG FAT BS lie!
