Edit. I just realized you've linked every image to an affiliate link. This is giving you 10-15 affiliate links per page. To the naked eye it doesn't look bad, but when you read the source code you're getting an affiliate link every 50-100 words. That has to be the issue. Unlink the images and even remove a couple of the text ones per page. Plus they may feel the image links to affiliate products is deceiving, not just excessive.

There were a few pages that had 3-4 text links between paragraphs. Minimize it to 1-2 links per page for now. You can always add another down the road. Clean it up for now.

Did you use churn and burn SEO? Maybe you need to shift your site to a new domain if you have tried out everything.

One of my friends told me that the penalty has been imposed on content, if I shift my content to new domain there is the possibility of penalty following to that domain as well..
