I'm using FCS Networker to create wordpress blogs and the like, the software requires the proxies to be entered in this format: IPORT:USERNAMEASSWORD

But as I understand you're using my ip as verification, but will I still get an ip, port, username, password?

Hi Rob,
You can choose IP Authentication or User and Password Authentication. If you will choose IP Auth, you must add your IP in our dashboard panel.
