Need Email Marketing Assistance

I have a growing targeted list of 100k that I am monetizing.

I need a guru who can help me avoid the legality issues of spam.

Anyone who knows which tools are necessary, including VPS and cloaking software.

I'm aware of the mass email products available, as it's quite self explanatory, I need someone who can instruct me on how to protect myself while using those programs.

Why are you concerned about spam if you are growing them? They suppose to be Opt-in, you dont have to be afraid.
Or did you grabbed all the contacts from other sources?

They are targeted, not opt-in.

I'm having a similar issue, I have a list that I've grown and collected of over 500k specialized emails... trying to find solution to send... and doing them singly is unfunctional.
