Google deindexed my site due to malware!

As the title. Now my site only appears when i search "the article + domain".
In Google Webmaster it shows malware and I have removed all the files that exactly are adwares
And Google also approved my request review. No how to get my site back in the search?
Any help would be appreciate!

Unless there is something super special about the site, I would just kick it to the curb and build another one.

I had the same thing happen to me on two different sites, but it did not take long to get them back to the same spot they were in. Just keep building good links.

How can i check if the site has been penalized?

I believe you can go to Manual Action in the Search Traffic tab of Google Webmaster Tools to check if your website has been penalised.
