I received this from your support staff earlier today, and have sent them several messages about it. I have been a customer for several months. I use the proxies for GSA. I have 110 proxies with you. My last payment was less than a week ago. How could I use this much bandwidth in less than a week? Right now GSA is not running. Not making me any money. I think you have made a mistake and I need you to correct it.

On a side note, you should notify your client BEFORE you shut off their service. Not very professional.

Support finally sent me am message. They sent me a html file that is invalid, and does not open. The file is supposed to show how I used more than 40 GB per proxy (110 of them) in 6 days....

Anyway, if you are planning on using GSA, these proxies are NOT for you. I spent $125 on 110 proxies that I got to use for 6 days before they shut them down for "overage".

The strange thing is, I have used them like this for the last few months. No one complained about bandwidth until now. I like how they waited for me to pay for another month before they used "overage" as an excuse to stop my service...
