Hi, just an Update
My video got banned and removed & re-uploaded by YouTube yesterday due to view gaming. My account is 6+ years old and has never had a flag or any violation against it. The video was about "shin splints" and did not break any T&C.
So I request a refund please and do not want to make use of this service as another violation will get my account suspended.

So as you can see in my previous posts I ordered Views,Likes,Comments from this Seller.
Ran into a few issues:
1. Only received half the order in views before they said they have an issue with the new YouTube Update and the rest will be delayed. (Did not receive any of the 100 likes I ordered and the comments I ordered were horrible. 2 - 3 comments on the video from the same account and I only received 6 of the 25 I paid for.)
2. Before he could even start with continuing with my order my video got removed due to view gaming. I do have proof of that as well. The Video was about "Shin Splints" btw.
3. I told the seller about the ban last night and soon after that he did not reply and went offline. RED FLAG!
4. Did not reply to me the whole day until he saw my post I made earlier. I also made paypal dispute as I got scammed twice last month as you guys can see in my previous threads.
5. He told me he will only refund me $20 of the $26 if I A: Remove the bad review on his thread, B: Close paypal Dispute
He said he will not fully refund me because and I quote: "You ordered cheap views and that will get your video banned". I order a mix from HR and cheap views thinking cheap views are just not high retention.
After looking at youtube analytics all his views came from embedded views on a site.
After I told him I am going to report this on BHW he quickly deleted his messages on skype.

If that does not look like a scammer trying to cover his tracks I do not know! He said he is not refunding and "we will let paypal decide" was his direct words after deleting his messages so I cannot show paypal.

And to top it off, he deleted me off skype.... Typical!
