Will this Bst Idea work ? Need some openions

Today i was scraping high pr domains and found a good way to find (tons of) high pr domains.So, i thought about milking it before it dies.I want to know about public opinion about price before getting a bst.

Q:1 Should i register them (and then push them to buyer) or just provide a list of domains ? ( those are expired domains )

Q:2 What should be price of domains based on pr ? (i am thinking about $10 for pr1 and $20 for pr ............. $50 for pr 5)

Q:3 Should i charge extra if domain is listed on Dmoz ? (some thing like $5-10 extra for dmoz domains)

Q:4 should i charge more for domain age ? (like $10 extra for 5 year domains , $20 for 10 year old domains and so on)

I have made this thread only to know about what others think. if i would want to sell them then paying $50 fee is not a big deal.
until now i only shared a voices method and it got fucked hard , i won't share this one (please don't send me a pm)

Serious people will always be willing to pay, if you can save them time by sourcing good domains.
The only problem is determining how many serious buyers are on BHW these days and if there are enough to make it worthwhile for you.

There is usually a waiting period for a transfer after a registration so that my not be best.

If the name is good and high is good enough peoples will buy but be sure only high pr doesn't matter.

Transfer lock after registering a "fresh" domain prevents you from selling them too quickly, but you could strike a deal with someone selling PBNs as they need good PR domains. If, they are not spam backlinked etc.

Or sell the method to them after showing samples of what you can find.

If they truly are high PR and gold...register them. Protect yourself.

Way too easy to "sell" info and then have a chargeback files.

OR...if you just sell the "info" make sure the $$ is sent to you as a gift to protect yourself. If the buyer isn't comfortable with that fark em

And yes....do add ons....more for certain age tiers....more for dmoz listed, etc. That is how you will make the extra cheese....

Im not sure it will work or not. Its totally depends on necessity of BHW Member.

Do you want to charge this with out Registering Domain?

I contacted my registrar and they said you can push after 24 hours but fist send a email to support to remove some limits from account.

Most of those domains are not in moz/majestic index (About 50% are in ahrefs index)

Now a days people even charge back gifts (unauthorized payment) , can't register all of them (today i was testing and got a list of 10 pr 4 , 20 pr 3 and many small ones ) but , def i won't be selling the gold nuggets.

I think it would be better if you make PBN & sell them.

building a pdn is pita and i not want to sell cheap shit. (i build my pbn by hand and it's costs good $$ per site)
