It uses : Jquery and php ( wordpress would be easier for them but they didn't use it ) .

Very complicated answer . You can find on google tutorials about php websites and how you could create them .
My advice : download a free/nulled php theme and see how it works and you'll understand how this site work .
Another advice : install an localhost like (wampserver/xampp server ) and search for tutorials on how to display php code .
Another tip : If you want a site like this try to find : wordpress/joomla/drupal tutorials . It's more easy to implement a theme on this cms's .
Another another tip: watch for the firefox plugin named wappalizer . It will tell you what programming languages/technologies were used on a website .
