YT + adsense and copyright

Hello all,

I would like to ask a question to all who have experiences with YT.

I checked Youtube, and I saw videos uploaded with adsense on them! these videos are the latest on NBA naruto mangas....

how in the world can they monetize these videos? how can't they be flagged by YT copyright?

PS: those uploadeers are not NBA channel, nor the exclusive naruto or WWE channel?

so how aren't they being detected by YOUTUBE.

Youtube monetize the videos by itself and than money goes to the main copyrighted company.

There can be also two other reasons:
1) he altered the videos a bit and now YT cannot detect it as a copyrighted material
2) pure luck, but wont last long

Well I was uploading news video from CNN and such big name channels and I did not have any problem monetizing those videos. You just have to work smarter and edit them a bit or a lot haha, it honestly depends on how willing you are to work. But my best advice to you is to use an account that is +6 months old, they have been proven to work better as you don't get that much this annoying "!"(it's pretty annoying).
