BHW Site Worth?

There is a detailed report on Blackhatworld. It earns about $200,000 a month, they put the total value at around $6m.
Saying the domain name has no value is stupid. Its worth at least a couple hundred thousand dollars, but the actual website and community is what brings that number up to $6m.

Even If You Buy BHW, It depends you can Keep it as it is at this time and Make it Better or Make it Worse and ruin your Whole Investment. So It all Depends on what you will do with it if you are New Owner, Not That How Much You will Pay for It..if Current Owner Purchased it and Make it better, it is his Success.

Are you crazy or just don't know the value of sites? The value of a site is based mostly on its earnings and if BHW earns $20,000 per month (More then likely more) from Banner Ads, BST Listing Fees and Membership upgrades, that would put BHW at a value of around $1,500,000 to $2,000,000.

I was just wondering, with BHW being in top 500 sites in the world right now, and if Damien decided to say "screw it" and sell the site, what do you think the real number he can ask for? I don't think the site would just for anybody to buy, due to it being tied with "Black Hats" ...unless they were literally just selling black...hats...but for people who know the value of having a top 500 site...how much do you think they are willing to pay. I think part of the value comes down to how many sites are being created on daily basis, especially with new domains going public soon. Please note, I am interested in serious answers because of truly understanding of how much website ranking is worth. Thanks and happy 2014.
P.S: I am not talking about the community as well, but just domain.

I have no idea how much it's worth.

But 1 VERY interesting fact I just learned is that BHW has only 100,000 less members than WF. For some reason I thought this site was much smaller than that.

So if you factor in that WF was sold to freelancer for $3.2 million, I'd venture a rough guess that BHW is worth anywhere between 2 - 2.4 million.

I'm no valuation expert but I don't think that would be a reliable metric when calculating the price. It might be a benchmark to start with but the price of a business comes down to how much money it makes. BHW might have different revenue streams than WF and from the very little time that I've spend on WF, I made the assumption that everyone is more than willing to part with any dollar that they come in contact with.

The majority of BHW member are more intelligent and therefore spend less money than WF member, which would bring the price of the website down.
