It would be similar to TubeIncreaser. Both Dailymotion and Revver pay after you hit certain milestones in terms of the number of views.

TubeIncreaser has the option of running through proxies, so I think something similar would have to be in place.

In fact, why not just spec out a general "view increaser" for use with any page that pays per view or impressions, like video or article sites.

Now that would be something handy.... hmm... maybe I'll look into this after my other projects are done.
