I was lucky to receive a keyword, and I must say am very impressed. I checked the keyword competition and it is going to be super simple to rank!
Although, I would have preferred to have a keyword with a minimum search of 3k.
All the same, thank you OP, for doing that huge FREE service for us all.

I bought alot of keywords research services in BST. I am lucky to have this free review keyword sent to me. TBH, I do not know whether it is easy to rank or not, and I will not say confident to rank on page 1 based on the statistic I gathered from OP spreadsheet data. But from the look of the report, it makes me feel comfortable to spend the time to work on the keywords.
By far, this is the most detailed report I ever got from many so called keywords research experts out there. Many are just based on the domain age, title, url, backlinks from the competitors sites, but this one are using more metrics to gather the keywords.
With that, I will buy a keyword from him now

I've ordered an Amazon keyword with search volumes between 2k and 4k.
Turnaround time: OP Stated between 24 and 72 hours while I ended up receiving it in 23 hours. 10/10
Keyword quality: The keyword itself is in an extremely hot and trending niche with 3.6k searches (and a similar low competitive combination with 4.4k), both are low-competition easy to rank keywords, not-seasonal, with great amazon reviews and good price range. So basically he provided a 8k keyword (3.6k+4.4k) for the same price PLUS I got an extra KW with 1k searches with no competition 10/10
Report: Well written, analyzed with helpful ranking information and accurate data 10/10
Communication: Outstanding, fast replies, good availability, answered all my questions and found the keyword that met my requirements. 10/10
Overall: 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend his services!
