can i make a website like mylikes on wordpress?

i have a really great money making idea an im pretty sure it will work i was making 60-100 everyday on mylikes since i joined a very powerful tweet deck. but i want to create my own site like mylikes and have ppl register but i will be offering other companies ppc to them. is it possible to make a website like this on wordpress?

You can create with PHP

Because i am creating on PHP.
Most difficult part in this type of site is create a Sub-domain for user which is not to be done in wordpress .

im not the most skilled on html and css coding but i can do it iv been watching youtube and searching the internet. im just going to monetize my website first and once i start making money with adsense i'll pay someone money to do it for me. and im done with mylikes. they shaved me too much id make 50-100 dollars a day and theyd cut 5-20 randomly.

Yes you can do this by using mylikes script. But you need huge amount for it

You can create with PHP

im a criminal justice major i honestly dont know that much about htm php css. im just starting cause i have alot of traffic at my disposal that i need to put to good use im going to learn and make bank.
