Sayian did not steal from the users directly, he took the money from already banned accounts. The one who stole money from the users on CleanFiles was "Attidude" he changed the urls for the top two US offers to his own link and constantly pushed these offers to the top. Attidude stole at least 20,000 clicks from CF members.

I don't use Cleanfiles any more, but they always paid me on time back when I did. Only one payment got delayed after PayPal blocked the official CF PayPal account and that was then send out through Ryan's (apparently Kyle's brother) personal account.

Hey, this is Saiyan. I'd like to say a few things about Cleanfiles
First of all, I was involved in fraud on Cleanfiles. Yes, that's true, I took money from banned accounts (I didn't ban innocent people tho. Only frauders), that's why I was demoted. I already admitted it on several forums including Cleanfiles forum. I regret everything but in time I got greedy and I used my admin tools in my advantage. Then because of a girl and family problems, I started using drugs and it was pretty hard for me. I confessed on a general talk forum (not an IM forum like BHW), and I told them everything I've done (at that time, a part of me wanted to be caught because my life was already garbage so I didn't really care what happened at that point), and somehow a Cleanfiles member saw that thread and forwarded it Kyle. However, I really did my best to help out legitimate users and I wished (and still wish) that Cleanfiles will become the best PPD network. Cleanfiles doesn't shave / scam and I know that. I know Kyle pretty well and trust me, he's an awesome guy. Cleanfiles had problems with support because Kyle was looking for professional people to hire. As many Cleanfiles members know, Kyle had some problems with Paypal about 1 year ago, that's why the Paypal payments are going out slowly but as far as I know, the other ones like Payoneer, Wire, ACH, are going out in time. And it seems that things are starting to get normal on CF. Kyle hired professional support and CR and EPC got back to normal.

For Kyle: How some member can do transfers after you officially stoped transfers. I was doing transfer for some guy, CF to Payonner, and when transfers stoped he continued to transfer money to my account, and of course now my account is not eligble.

As a rule i dont watch youtube videos on IM - the obvious attempts at marketing to the noobs are too annoying and i instantly distrust 100% of the videos content.

All that aside though, let's tackle the issues you brought up.

Yes, we DID have wonderful support member with the alias Saiyan. NO, he was NOT banned for calling me out on fraud issues. Saiyan himself was found guilty using his moderator tools to load money from banned accounts into his own. Saiyan admitted to doing this (anyone on the forums knows that).

After Saiyan was removed from the network, I was anything but "too comfortable". I definitely was not going to just throw a random guy in the support seat because the same thing might happen. We tightened security, fixed all the legal work, and put someone legitimate into that position. During that transition period, there was about 30 days where our support was not up to par and tickets were not being answered. I sincerely apologize for that, but it is behind us now.

Second, you made it sound like the entire forum is a war between Ambush and Scope (Ambush being a forum moderator and Scope being a high earner). I deleted ONE thread on the subject because it included a personal skype conversation between Ambush and Scope. I also clarified on the forums that the forums are NOT meant for discussing if a member is fraudulent (that is between that user and the network).

There are over 100 users getting paid EVERY week on PayPal. Anyone who has worked with PayPal knows that it can give you random errors out-of-the-blue (user X cannot be paid because of the country they live in). That's not our fault. We work pretty damn hard to get everyone paid each week, so what you are saying is really offensive.

Your source is a screenshot of 4-5 thread titles of users complaining. I guess that proves everything...

Well the problems the majority of users have been facing: Delay on payment, it used to be paid 3 - 4 days before. Earnings decreased, epc sucks hard. Some dudes stealing money from the network \ banned accounts \ postback issues \ dudes inserting their own offers into the offer pool. Support sucks .. i still have an open ticket from 2 months ago lol. The truth is the network is not what it used to be, and there is no denying that. Anyone can create an account and see for themselves the chaos that the forum is nowadays. And why don't you address the accusations that scope is a frauder?

Yeah CF was a big let down these past few months. You were never there for support. Even if you closed down support for the last month, you should of been 100% active on the forums dealing with the issues yourself rather than making excuses about the moderators. Btw, you should of known that Gatra was an abusive mod and should of been unmodded a long time ago. He was never professional when he talked, lots of grammar mistakes and he basically told everyone to "f off" when people had issues.

yeah there were a few mistakes, don't even care about them. most occured because i wrote a lot from my iphone and i just missed a key here and there. but that doesn't even matter, 90% of the users there use google translator to post anyways.

i was not abusive in any way, i just wasn't as nice as your kindergarden teacher was, little booboo ;-) i helped users but i did not go with it when they were doing bullshit, easy as that. you want your head pettet and a kiss? go to your mommy instead.

nope, the support (of was mods could do) was alright. as said, we (and especially I) just did not deal when users were acting stupid.( sometimes so stupid i would ask myself if they were paid trolls or not)

Hey BHW and others I would like to be clear about what OMB is here to do. OMB is about bring this stuff up to help, not to sling mud at people. What I have taken away from my talks with CPA owners, and EX owners, is that being the CEO of an Ad Network is not for everyone, it's not easy, it's not hard, it is living hell from time to time. Let's not add insult to injury (I add graphics for fun, if you can't lol at yourself then I don't know what to tell ya). If you have something legit and verifiable, then cool share it. IF not, please reconsider your post.

What this is meant to be about is to start a dialog about THESE issues across MANY DIFFERENT networks. CleanFiles was the first of many. AND I hope to see them rise!

OMB is not my only project. I consult tech startups and crowdfunding projects. THE name of the game is failure and I hope Kyle will grow, and build a better CPA network. Failure is part of the process for all of us here.

BTW Kyle the guy who called goes by Chelsea... sorry I wasn't clear on that. AND I'm MORE THAN HAPPY TO GET ON A SKYPE CALL WITH YA AND HAVE YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY TOLD. (not yelling here)

This guy gatra is pretty rude so I would have to look around their forum to see how he addressed issues, but just seeing what people are saying and then reading that unprofessional response from gatra, my thoughts are starting to sway more towards CF not being the best network to try out. I mean why would you keep someone on your support staff who didn't give helpful support at times?

I have a question for Kyle. Your affiliates make you your money correct? Well why would you delay the people that are feeding you? Why would mods like gatra be allowed to talk to disgruntled affiliates like this if these affiliates are who you rely on to make your money. I have affiliates for a local SEO business. Unless one of my affiliates stole from me (only reason I would talk to them the way gatra has) or screwed me over I would offer them endless support. Yeah it's time consuming. I was on the phone with one of my affiliates for 2 hours last night and 1 hour today helping her understand things. She sent me a lead that is going to convert to at least 2k in profits this month so it worked for me.

Its almost like some of these networks start out great because they are hungry and then when they start reaping the benefits they relax and the affiliates get screwed.

One thing I've learned about IM is, it's not easy and there will never be a never-ending residual, that EVERYONE is chasing. It's constant work and these networks forget that, in my opinion, as soon as the $$ starts rolling in. If you want to shut your doors and retire that is a different story, but if you still have affiliates working hard for you then you need to be working just as hard. Simple.

Serioulsy i got paid last week.
Also about cleanfiles i dont think your source is any insider you would have got more info than this if you were a member of the forum and have read the threads there.They have some issues mainly support but they are working on these issues as i see now.
