    Hey BHW

Sorry for the slow upload today :( still a lot of technical difficulties.

Anyways, This video is an interview with a CleanFiles' insider who exposes some serious issues. Take what you will from this interview. We plan to follow up a bit more on this issue, as we've heard there is another side to the story from a reliable source. Either way, Kyle from CleanFiles.net was encouraged to handle these issues differently than how he did. We hope you all will subscribe to the official podcast to get the full interview. Subscribe to this thread to learn about he Podcast launch too!

As always, please leave a comment with feedback about the video. We really do love to know what you think!

Never used cleanfiles so I don't want to say anything negative, but I will give you a big fat
kudos for staying on top of these networks. To many times they're not called out in time and
    people lose money.

Now as far as the video is concerned it was top-notch and informative. Keep us up to date on
    those cleanfile guys. :)

All the threads popping up about late paying ppd networks, i would say there are some real opportunities there for new networks that can manage their cashflow correctly.

another awesome interview. This is what I'm talkin about ombro! love the background music too. Too clean!

I'm about to switch to another network also. These punks are stealing allot of money from members. In the beginning it's all good. Then you start gaining momentum, they start shaving.

I love this. I love it when people stand up for themselves and what is right. My only advice to cleanfiles is to get their act together because people must not and should not stand for this.
New networks could be just around the corner just waiting to absorb all those cleanfiles users. All these new networks have to do is keep it together..

I never understood why they trash a network they worked so hard to build. I guess every owner of an
affiliate network needs a mansion and a Bentley to go with it.

I'm stoked you guys feel this way. I want to create a system.... a criteria that describes the type of ad network YOU want!

So tell me, What are you looking for in an ad network?

    Net7?
    mobile locking?
    File Locker?

those are qualities MOST ad networks boast about in their ads... but they do not follow through with those promises?

SO OTHER THAN NET7 and Tech services...

What so you look for in an ad network?

    how do you judge them?

Is it the way the AMs respond?
is it an article written up about them?
is it another pub you trust telling you to join?
DO yo uonly trust BIG names? (Google. iAds. Amazon, etc)

The reason why I am asking this from you guys, is that I believe we can create our own criteria that helps us discern a good ad net form a bad one! AND I want to attack all the ad networks with this criteria so we can find the best?

HELP ME, HELP YOU, and in turn... the whole community!

here is a quick video I posted about this EXACT issue

This interview is WAY off - not even sure where to start.

First of all, my name is NOT Kyle Ryan...and I DON'T go by the name Chelsea on skype (my display name is Kyle - CleanFiles).

All that aside though, let's tackle the issues you brought up.

Yes, we DID have wonderful support member with the alias Saiyan. NO, he was NOT banned for calling me out on fraud issues. Saiyan himself was found guilty using his moderator tools to load money from banned accounts into his own. Saiyan admitted to doing this (anyone on the forums knows that).

After Saiyan was removed from the network, I was anything but "too comfortable". I definitely was not going to just throw a random guy in the support seat because the same thing might happen. We tightened security, fixed all the legal work, and put someone legitimate into that position. During that transition period, there was about 30 days where our support was not up to par and tickets were not being answered. I sincerely apologize for that, but it is behind us now.

Second, you made it sound like the entire forum is a war between Ambush and Scope (Ambush being a forum moderator and Scope being a high earner). I deleted ONE thread on the subject because it included a personal skype conversation between Ambush and Scope. I also clarified on the forums that the forums are NOT meant for discussing if a member is fraudulent (that is between that user and the network).

There are over 100 users getting paid EVERY week on PayPal. Anyone who has worked with PayPal knows that it can give you random errors out-of-the-blue (user X cannot be paid because of the country they live in). That's not our fault. We work pretty damn hard to get everyone paid each week, so what you are saying is really offensive.

Your source is a screenshot of 4-5 thread titles of users complaining. I guess that proves everything...

Look, I can do that too:

That's funny, everything seems to be going good to me.

Next time you want to talk about my network, why not talk to ME? (or at least more than ONE publisher).

I remeber the first day i joined ALLL the thread were about help me plz i didnt get paid or im banned or my stats wont work.

CF is going to shits, just read the forum.

People have support tickets from 1 month+ with no answer and people are missing thousands in payments.

Kayle (the owner) is young and im sure he has made well over $xxx, xxx and really can care less at this point.

And CF does shaving like never before, your normal CR could be 20%-30% then its 5% for a whole 24 hours then its back to normal... lol

I've been with cleanfiles since april this year. For me, the experience was mostly good. I've always been paid on time and never had any issues tbh.

Thing is, I always get paid through payoneer, and I imagine everyone who chose that as their payment method is getting paid on time, and from what I understand paypal is the real problem when it comes to payments, not cleanfiles. At least that's... one way to look at it. Because CF has automated systems in place (that's what they claim) which changes users' status to "not eligible for payments" if it detects any suspicious traffic / activity, or even bans them.

Normally, you could still send in a support ticket or write on the forum, get it sorted out (if your traffic is legit) and get whitelisted so it wouldn't happen again. But cleanfiles support had been dead for a long, long time. There was almost zero communication, and users were left with their problems, bans and not being eligible for payments. Those who were not flagged by their system were still getting paid (especially if they didn't choose paypal). So I guess I got a bit lucky there.

There were a few mods on the forum who were very active during that time, still, they couldn't help with the issues I mentioned above, and the people who had the power to help were nowhere to be found.

It seems things started to change literally a few days ago - there's finally communication, new staff members were hired and it seems people are finally getting helped. I'm not saying everything's fine after CF was left with zero support for such a long time. Personally I have nothing against the network and I hope it will get back on track, but it's gonna take a while to heal.

I disagree with what you said. At one point, you turned PayPal off and then turned it back on. I don't promote your network anymore, because when you see how some of the situations were handled on your end then who would want to promote something without the trust feeling that you are suppose to get from a network.

With any other ppd/cpa network I promote I receive a response within 24 hours, that is respectful and shows that there is a since of care about the network and they respect and want to help their affiliates.

I know the weekly payments and high paying offers are appealing to some of us, but it seems when there is a problem it takes forever to get an answer which is discharging for the affiliate.

Payoneer was always on time, but PayPal there has always been issues.

You lost a lot of great members by neglecting the little issues that were occurring.

Yeah CF was a big let down these past few months. You were never there for support. Even if you closed down support for the last month, you should of been 100% active on the forums dealing with the issues yourself rather than making excuses about the moderators. Btw, you should of known that Gatra was an abusive mod and should of been unmodded a long time ago. He was never professional when he talked, lots of grammar mistakes and he basically told everyone to "f off" when people had issues.
