How much would YOU pay for a professional logo?

If you're a good salesman you can expect to get your logo's purchased at $500+. It's quite easy, honestly. You just have to be honest and tell them straight forward, it's not just the design itself, it's the time you spent on the labor to create it. Even if it took a few minutes or so, still, it's the labor and the customization. Also say you include unlimited revisions till satisfied and will make any minor adjustments anytime they need. To them, that logo is personal to their business and will last years, hopefully. That logo will represent them for the long term and if they are happy about the work, they will invest in happiness.

$300-500 for a logo if it's a legit brand. $2-10 for a random website logo, or just spend 10 minutes making one myself.

If I really had the money, I would pay up to $100 to get a logo designed. If I wanted a cheap way out, I'd use Fiverr.

I agree, it depends on who is buying it... Is it a firm or just an individual who is just starting up. The price might vary also based on the quality of the logo. But I don't think $5 would do a better job, maybe 20 to 50 dollars.

The truth is you can't fix price for logo ... cost differs from buyer to buyer ... for example Google company pay $1000 for a small logo, a cheap guy will buy the same for $5 ... thats the power of creativity

if you have to make the whole vision from start to finished - more expensive

id say anything between 50-150$
