I was thinking of making a blog/site on multiple topics, niches. It would be like a normal blog, but I plan to outsource everything there. Just a small project to see if you can make money just by outsourcing, well, most of it.
But I think I read somewhere that google hates such sites. Is that true?

I say topics yes, niche should be roughly the same.

Example: niche would be technology, topic would be anything to do with technology

Yes you can if your topics are around the same niche. let say sport, you can have niche on sport that can cover multiple topics such as football, golf rugby, etc.
And be ready to spend some money, because niche with multiple topics is not a "small project".

Hey,

Build anything is possible, just do leave footprints around!

I mean, niches. For example, a blog for everything. Health, hair (on the head), games, cars.

There are called portals, news magazine. that covers all the popular topics and events.

Yeah you can! Keep your niche generally where you can bring all sorts of niche together but it wont sounds good like a certain niche blog.

That is more like an article directory. Google hates such sites that are too general in nature.

Most definitely! I do this all the time. Make sure they are related under the same topic. So technology/Dieting/Health etc, all broken into sub-categories. I wouldn't recommend creating a site about loads of unrelated topics.

In my opinion would be best to stick to one niche overall. People wanting to read content about technology aren't going to want sports content and vice versa. Easier to stick to one target audience and focus on driving them to your site and monetizing instead of finding different target audiences.

I prefer niche overall will helpful to target the audience in a clear way.....

Google Like Blog & Blogger...
Google always wants Quality Full Blog, Multiple Niche is not a fact if you maintain Quality.

But Google Hates Duplicate & Spam...

I'm sure u just mean a broad niche. I actually like this because you are building something that may become an authority site early. Just make sure to do smaller niche sites on the side so u can generate money faster to perhaps fund your bigger projects

You can certainly do it, but I'm not sure if it would work. As sashablack mentioned, you should cover a variety of topics in the same niche. For example, my website is in the Internet marketing niche but covers the topics of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, PPD, etcetera.

You can always create a "Making Money" Super Blog. List all of your scams there...

If you stick to one topic you can make better internal links, which helps you with SEO.
