Your tracking system stopped working. It used to be good, but now most of my keywords shows N/A even when they appear to be in the same or even higher spot. I'm using different ways to test SERPS and all keywords shows up. I've already created a ticket for that, please fix it.

Is this service dead or something? I've created a ticket 3 days ago, posted to this thread 2 days ago and still no answer? Fix your tracking system. Yesterday it showed all keywords in their positions. Today same story again, most of keywords shows N/A when they are ranking! I start to doubt about serpcloud quality.

I have got review copy from OP about 2-3 weeks ago, It's looks good, easy navigation, it is tracks several search engines, including yandex, this is very important for me, + it is track social networks, I did not see any cheaper rank tracking service on BHW yet with same functions, recently a lot of rank tracking services poped up, but this one is good in all shapes, will swith to this one as well.
