I'm not sure, one day i woke up and one of my fellow admins got this on a page i was editor on, ever since then i can go to the link now. The link works for me, i submitted an ID to see if i can get a page verified friday, but as it is. Facebook is closed on the weekend and i will await this week for a response.

Well i did a page named after me, used my own state ID, used a website in the appropriate box, and filled in other appropriate media sites i used with a similiar name. I also made sure before i submitted my facebook id/email was "[email protected]" <-- in that format

I received the same message on Thursday . It sent me to a "Request a Verified Badge" page. Once I submitted my drivers license and my official website I received an email from Facebook that they got my request. I'm just going to wait and see now. Hopefully I get it! I was talking to a friend who was verified and he said it's helpful to link your official website to your facebook page. Putting a facebook page badge on you website or a recent post widget helps. If you're a musician, putting an iTunes or Spotify link in the about section is helpful too. Also, complete all of the information on your page. List all of your websites and don't leave things blank.

Had the same notification on my 95k page. Unfortunately its a community page about a celebrity so I doubt there is any point me doing it.
