Domain without backlink ranking on first page

Or maybe it's ranking because of google's infamous RRF....RRF stands for "Random Ranking Factor". Have seen it many times before, sites/pages ranking with just a video or a pic, and couple of lines of text, ranking on the first page of G. RRF was probably designed to prevent systematic manipulation of the search results.

You can block crawlers to your pbn or 301 redirects so no backlinks are shown to your competition. Alternatively, it could be strong on page seo together with powerful internal linking.

I see 306 backlinks including the following:

Domain PR includes:
1 PR9, 8 PR8, 7 PR7, 6 PR6, 7 PR5, 15 PR 4, 11 PR3

URL PR includes:

2 PR8, 1 PR6, 1 PR5, 2 PR4.

Many of these links are specificlly related to some aspect of flooring.

AND 37 pages of well written content including articles specifically targeting various communities in this area, none of it duplicate, with mostly unique page titles.

AND about 100 of the backlinks are also really good citations.

That's why.

He is also up to something I don't get, there are a lot of links like this:
Code:
http://daomynua.allalla.com/index.php?document_srl=17912&mid=board&act=dispBoardTagList

This backlink shows live in scrapebox, but when you load either the root or the url you get this:

[h=1]Service Temporarily Unavailable[/h] The server closed the connection without sending any data.
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems.
Due to heavy load on the server, connections may be temporarily blocked from locations that fetch an unusually high number of pages.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Not sure what those are, but there are a bunch of them and they are PR n/a.

The dispBoardTagList comes from XpressEngine. I have no how to use it because the site isn't in English. But whatever it is, it seems to work. It's some kind of generator.

So people is there any way to get the backlink data of the website, I checked using more than 1o backlink checker tool, but no any tool can able to check their backlink data. Can you please inform me using which tool I can get the backlink data of that website?

I used scrapebox and searched for the actual link text.

Thank you all of you for your replies. Well I do not think they are using any pnb strategy for ranking

But then again you *just* joined the forum and are asking a very basic question, and you've got some guys (that obviously know what they're talking about) telling you exactly what is going on - believe it or not, it's 99% likely that these guys answering you are right - a mixture of pbn and 301 redirects can let you hide almost all of your backlinks pretty easily.

edit: I see my suggestions have already been said above, so I'll delete em to not repeat what others have said.

edit2: a slight twist on what Techxan mentioned: you can always search for {***** -site:{***** to find more links - this will give you a good base to start from. Having said that, the guy you're referring to seems to have done a decent job of on-site SEO (although he's gone a bit overboard with the 90's bolding underlining and italicizing IMO) and simply has done a good job of getting his business listed in business directories.

didn't have too much time to dig around, and didn't want to - you DID post his url in a public (blackhat) forum (shame on you!)..

Hi, I did not do that type of wrong thing that you should shame on me.

I am new in this forum, so I might not know all the rules and regulation of this forum. I was not doing any black hat technique to rank any of my website, I have been doing only ethical SEO work in my career, but when I seen that website ranking for many keywords, so I was just curious to know what special this website have to rank for. I could post this question on Google Webmaster Central Forum too, but I know that over there also I will not get any answer. So I come up on this forum to post my question.

I could not able to MP anyone as I am new here, then how will I give someone to show the URL? and how will I get my answer?

Once I got PM to remove the URL, I instantly remove the URL.

If you people are not friendly over here, then what the point of putting question in this forum?

They're doing something with XpressEngine. I've seen it before. Thousands of sites use it. But I have no idea what XpressEngine is because it's not in English. Who knows how to read Korean?

How you confirm that? I know some way to build link on XpressEngine website, but I do not think this website using these technique to build link.

Like Rua99 stated, it might have backlinks from pbn which disallow the backlink checkers to crawl. Also, they might have some good amount of social signals which plays good role in ranking new websites.

Social signals does nothing for rankings in the SERPS, it never has and probably never will, as they are to easy to manipulate, at least that is what common sense and testing is telling me.

Have you tried to search for the domain in quotes like "www.domain.com" and "domain.com" also try to search for it in Bing and Yahoo, if you can't find anything than this guy really knows how to cover his/her tracks.

Either they are blocking bots (ahrefs, majestic) or they're using 301 from old domain which has been penalized to new domain, works brilliant!

Isn't expression engine a platform you can target with magic submitter? I'm sure it is. Could explain the high volume of links?

The dispboardtaglist comes from XpressEngine. PM me the website. I will look at it.

Ok people so I have found another interesting thing regarding the website I am talking about.

Basically website is ranking for many different local keywords and they have pages for each location keyword. Now there are 2 thing:

1. Let say they have 2 pages for 2 different city name. Both the pages have exactly same content and both pages are ranking on 1st page for corresponding keyword. So how Google ranking the pages having duplicate content?

2. Another interesting this is that when I search some portion of content on Google from any page, then Google only showing one URL from the domain, not both. This basically does not happen, Google shows almost all the pages that have same content from a domain.

I also checked website using some cloaking checker tool and they are showing that website is cloaking.

Please advice me what the cloaking technique they are using actually?

It's a little magical thing called cloaking.

After doing lots of analyzing and research on the website I come to know that website is using cloaking technique. But I am not able to find out how they actually do that?
