In the past week I've only managed to scrape, build and verify about 70,000 backlinks.

You are testing method in wrong time because google now has "waiting period" algo.

Hi, I have my site already indexed by google, I'm just waiting to buffer all the links and finally to get my PR3 deindexed.
My robots txt is the following:

Disallow: /
