I have been ordered several times from op, he always deliveried, but some times with delay, due to low price I think he has more orders. that he can actually care and finish on time, you will get the report, but with delay I guess.

Update - Since writing this the seller delivered my work.
The work was done well, but I am still annoyed by the late delivery and no communication.


Overall - If you are prepared to wait and have no communication with the seller, then what he delivers is actually really good. Just be warned that the communication is severely lacking.
Having said all that - I would probably order again as the quality of the work delivered was very good.
