What do you want to do? Depending on your account and how it's setup.. PayPal can try to take the money back by the attached bank account and if that doesn't work they'll send it to collections. You don't seem to have a good "friend".. it might have been a stolen account.

lol. In all seriousness - if your "friend" made a chargeback, then you just need to face the consequences. Nobody is protected against chargebacks. If you get one, just live with it. There's no magic button to reverse it, and PayPal will not do anything about it.
