Hi OP
Your script is good, but again scripts are good only to understand and gain the product knowledge, once you know your product well then you would not need a script.
Few rules:
Greet your customer - Hi How are you? Am I speaking to xxx, how are you doing today and so forth....
Rappo building - You can use your own ways to build rappo with the person you are talking, show sympathy, empathy
Introduce - introduce yourself and your business or company
Show reason of call - tell the customer of why you called him, and why you called only him and not just others (example: Well, John I called you up to talk about your business presence on net, however would it be a good time tomorrow around three when we can meet and talk more about it.)
Remember - cold calling is not easy, but if you can get 7 YES from your customer (for anything) you can bet that you will make a sale
As of the gatekeepers are concerned: They would never pass the call since that is there job, so make sure if you get a gatekeeper you have a very athoratative tone while you speak and always speak short, in most cases try to get the name of the gatekeeper and address him or her by her name.)
Example: Gatekeeper: Thank you for calling John's firm, this is mitchell how may I help you
You: Hey Mitchell, is John around?
GK: Ah!! Let me check - well he is a bit busy can I take a message
You: Hmm, well Mitchell, this is something important, transfer the call to John and I know he would listen to me, tell him <your name(James)> is calling
Be authoritative and demanding when speaking to a gatekeeper
