why can't i post in Joint venture

I tried 3 times to post a thread in the joint venture section (about requesting to partner with a fellow member who can post craigslist ads)that follows the rules but never gets approved. why?:cow04:

Only offer true JV's ie you're good at content I'm good at bringing traffic lets find someone who is good at site design.

Clarify what your part in this Joint Venture is, if the partner will be doing all work then it isn't a accepted JV.

with respect prior to today u hadn't posted since July 2013 a year ago
with 5 posts between June/July 2013 b4 that you hadn't posted since august 2011

actually from July 2009 - June 2014 , 1 month short of 5 yrs you have contributed
26 posts to bhw community , now i ask all fellow bhw members

if you where approached by a users asking for a JV whos forum
activity extended to 26 posts in 5 yrs would you?

its same reason i dont sign up low post users / new members
aged account with no activity that then wanna buy....

- First, you need to create a thread in the Joint Ventures section.

- Before submitting your thread, scroll down the page and click
the "Agreement" checkbox.

- Submit your thread and wait for a Mod to approve or deny it.
However, since Craigslist posts are not allowed in the general
public areas of BHW, your JV proposal will surely be denied.

I just couldn't make new thread in a JV section, so i posted in Hire a Freelancer.
And then i got a warning for it, but i even cannot reply to moderator, because i don't have 15 posts.
So where can i post my search for a partner?

To post in the JV section, you need to be a member for 30+ days with 50+ posts.


Make sure before you post in the JV section, that you read the sticky rules here:

The JV section is moderated, meaning that once you create your post, you and others will not be able to see it until it has been approved. (IF it is approved).

You cannot post in the JV section at this time because you
are not yet eligible... To post in the JV section you need to
have at least 50 post points and you must be a member
for at least 30 days.
