Just create a lable like 40K, then go to import tab, click on "Load Accounts File".
Select the proper label and upload the txt file. Set the thread to as many you can.

It will take some time and import all into that label.

Use parameter to extract the websites. If you don't have, you can search thos forum or just google it.
