Yes, in-fact this is the way I do it.

Choose a host with decent cPanel hosting though. No mickey mouse systems with not enough control.

It's up to you, personally I would protect the whois just in case.

In the past I`ve tried to 301 redirect Domains which were penelised by Google to new Domains, but this wasn`t successful. The new Domain got the penelisation as well.

So is it important for Domain B that it isn`t a penelised Domain ?

If you want to, it's a bit of a waste though because a parasite site doesn't need to protection.

@Op what is the thought about the PR 2/3 at domain b, because if Google doesn't see it how could it gibe the athority that comes with a PR3 that is something i don't get my head around, i get that it somehow using this tier structure cleans your naughty links.

But why would it not work of domain B was just a aged or even a fresh domain
