Make a BBB complaint explaining the situation and someone from the PayPal Executive Escalation Department will call you and will resolve your situation in your favor in order for the complain to be closed.

this is very common, its possible to get your money back early sometimes. they usually ask for some information and documents from you, tell us what they're asking for or the message they give you and whether the paypal account is in your name.

A BBB complaint okay I will try that I hope that works . But im in London United Kingdom it seems to be for only USA/Canadian citizens

And I have provided them with my documents everything and they got the passport, bank documents, bills everything but their customer service and person who is dealing just dont listen

Yea they limited mine awhile ago too i just had to wait the 6 months to get the money out sucked lol

The good news is you do get your money back after 6 months. Happened to me years ago and I forgot about it then one day logged in a withdrew!

Instead of writing - pick up the phone, talk to your rep and if you did nothing wrong - ask them to fix this.
They will fix this.
If by any chance you will get some dick on the line - call next day.
This happened to me before - 1 call and 2 photocopies of documents sent and in 2 days my account was back and running.
Just be polite and professional. Do not demand, just ask nicely how you can resolve this.

Two ways ,

1) Compromising/Negotiating with your customers and withdrawing their case.

2) To win case against your customers who filed case, well as you believe yourself that you have done fair business you just have to prove yourself paypal, probably you will be having some email conversations with your customers where you must have provided what ever agreed, call paypal and you can get that sorted soon if there is no mistake from your end.
