There are many aspects of effective link building. You want to have consistent links over time (every day or every week, etc) that does not have spikes in the amount of backlinks you get. In other words, you don't want to have a ton of backlinks one week, none the next, a few the next and then a ton again. They need to be consistent. You need links from authority sites with high page rank. You need to have a low keyword density for your anchor text. Have no more than 15% percent or so of them as your main keyword. The rest need to be niche related keywords, your raw urls, and words like "click here" and "read more" etc.

More important today is your on page content. You need high quality content that is original and includes text, video, images, etc. You need to have a regular updates to your content. Have a new page/post every day, or a few each week, one each week, or no less than one a month. Again, consistency is the key. For pages that you want to rank, include the keywords that you want at least one time on the page. Also include relevant keywords. Do not overdo it with keywords and make it look natural.

Here are my results: didn't seem to work for me to get ranked for new site(see attached). Medium competition kw(840K results), health niche, onsite optimized.

5/16: ordered, unranked
6/3: delivered, unranked
6/27: unranked. never ranked in google

Just used this service before and after so I can isolate package effectiveness. Maybe others will have better results than I did.
