Need to buy (or rent) several tens of thousands of email accounts, from known email providers, so far nothing specific, the cheaper the better.
This accounts will get a couple welcome emails from 3-5 different sites, they will be logged in a couple times, and thats it, they will be clean and there will be no more use for them, they can be resold after that (few days).

What would be an estimate price per account, consider they will be clean and you can resell them again after few days as we wont need them anymore.
