Anyone offer a service that does full analysis of competitors' backlinks?

I have a lot of strengths, but solid analysis of my competitors' backlinks is not one of them.

Does anyone offer a service that would look at the backlink profiles of (for example) five major page 1 competitors, and give a full report of exactly what they're doing to rank?

That is weird, Competition Analysis isn't that hard unless you are doing it for tough keywords. As for me,

1 - Put all my keywords in LTP, Check the KC for all of them
2 - I am interested in any keyword less than 30 KC
3 - For some suspicious keyword, or great one, I would analyse competition ( Still in LTP )
4 - Export the results, take the low competition keywords and check then in market samurai. I know there will be a lot of Green Colors :$

This all, save all keywords, sort by KC and start writing

Now, if you are after keywords with +10,000 Searches per Month and Everyone is competing there, then you need to have a total different strategy. Unless you are working for clients who want to rank for these keywords specifically, I have no idea why would care about going there

That's what I'm talking about. Most competitors (aside from a few authority sites) are all using serious BH and I'm talking about being able to analyze exactly what they're doing to rank.

Have you tried SEO Spyglass?

I believe even Ahrefs and Majestic also can do that given that you export their data into a CSV file where you can do some data crunching and analyzing.
