Need my website to be mobile responsive!

My current web site is almost finished, all i need is to make it mobile responsive and make an app. Right now im working on makeing it responsive, but i dont know how. Is there any information you guys can give me to make this happen, i need links to sites or i need to know how much its going to cost me to make it responsive. I would really appreciate the help, here is my site for you to check out, www . galleryroulette. com.
 
If you're using wordpress I guess you can just google this.
 
I have tried, but all i get is usless information. I guess im just looking in the wrong place, if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.

Not sure, if there is any plugin to make a theme responsive. But, if you want a mobile site then install wptouch plugin and you'll get a mobile site.
 
Mistake #1: Posting your website link. Other than that, I would suggest working on the normal website... style and content. Then hire somebody to do the mobile half.

The easiest route would be to create a subdomain and redirect mobile users to it using a pluigin. You can find a Free premium responsive templates on wplocker

Implying OP didn't use the link to get some more link juice.
 
To make a website responsive you should/must use "Media Queries" just google it, and you'll find a lot of info about that. If not, you should make 2 versions One for desktop and another for mobile/tablet. (not recommended).

The trend nowadays is to design mobile first, meaning that you adapt your desktop layout from the mobile layout.

Use Bootstrap. Easy and clean too if you know how to compile less.
 
Thanks for all the tips and resources, atm i have someone who offered to build the mobile site from the ground up. He wants 500$, is that a good price or should i keep my options open, i dont now how much work like this goes for.
