Ok, first things first - Interspireaddon and Interspireaddsons have both been perma-banned due to failure to comply with the judgement of the Shitlist.
That being said... I do not think this was Interspireaddon trying to scam Optik nor do I think it was Optik with any viruses nor botnets on the servers. I believe this was a case of an Admin that didn't do his job by immediately running a scan of their servers when they read the Spamhaus reports. Interspireaddon clsims they were run but there is zero evidence of them - they are not mentioned in any of the logs nor has he been able to produce it.
Again, it is just my belief, but I think they acted prematurely and shut down Optik's servers without any real proof. (although it is true that Optik could not give any domains that had an active website on it, even using proxies, that is just suspicious, not proof. That too could have been easily resolved with a scan of the server. It's not like it's difficult to determine what the source of outgoing traffic is when you have administrative access to the server.
Once the servers were shut down, the relationship when downhill rapidly - If I were Optik, I'm sure I'd be upset too but he also went overboard with a DDOS attack on Interpireaddon server(s). I don't know if it was just one or more than one, but that doesn't matter. He also started posting his experience at other locations which upset Interspireaddon.
Once it was brought here, I read the logs and posted my judgement that both were at fault and that Interspireaddon was required to refund 1/2 of the $1800 payment. Because of what Optik did after the shutdown of the servers, Interspireaddon wanted a formal apology from Optik, not realizing that he was just as much at fault for this fiasco as Optik was. (Actually, more so - it was their shutting down the servers wtihout actually running scans that started the downhill spiral). In the end, he did not refund and therefore, he has been perma-banned.
I am also temp-banning Optik for 1 month for his DDOS attack. It doesn't matter if you're angry or not - attacking their server(s) is not only wrong, it's illegal.

I think this thread demonstrates just how much time and effort Mods put into dealing with SL issues and to moderating the forum.

As a pity to say i was in hope that he will analize everything and would take right position! But he seems to be real scammer! Yeah Oldsalt was in hope about this too according to his opinion! After sometime i tried to contact this bad person, in hope that he will overthink everything and will refund me at last! But finally he just fucked our brains with Oldsalt in skype chat! Promised to refund one day ! but after one day he changed his decision and became to look for reason not to refund.

Seems like a big waste of time for Oldsalt to have to arbitrate between two zero post members who did a deal outside of the BST area. I'd be telling them to go and sort out their own problems. I suppose thats why Im not a mod.
