Just change the URL to your favorites URL and it'll start unfavoriting from your imacros

A favoriting macro works both ways, if it's on a page of already favorited tweets it will un-favorite all of them

When I try to use the two favorite iMacro script I have, it won't unfavorite the tweets. twitter.com/favorites since the favorite button does not have text only the star. Is there a way to unfavorite from that page?
