Short story is buying an FB page,i sent the money. When things started to smell fishy i put a dispute on the transaction with PayPal.I was thinking it is ok,PayPal will protect me.The thing is they don't give a...Sorry for the word, but to learn the hard way is not so pleasant.
So they asked tracking number from the guy..which he provided...haha /How can somebody be so stupid to ask tracking number for a service which can't be shipped?/
Than they asked the documents from me which i provided, full conversation, screenshots etc.Meanwhile the guy blocked me on the same day i put the dispute,so i couldn't even contact him.
Today i got the answer: i lost the case.In case i received the imte but it is not what i ordered,i can reopen the case!!!How stupid they are,if they know already that is not a physical good, why they give you that option?
So for you guys to learn from this: try to be smarter than the scammer/i was thinking PayPal will protect me..it was a mistake/
Never trust PayPal..because they just don't care/they only secure you if it is goods that you can ship.Maybe they will help you.

I lost,it hurts, but the part which hurts is that i catch the guy trying to scam me,and somebody else let's him go.It is like the police let's the guy go,who robbed your house!!!

I was just thinking today to put a website to work where you can trade these things more safely/put one more secure wall before paypal, where only the admin can let go of the money before it goes to paypal/,BUT now i am sure that i will set up shortly and put it to work and STOP these...

Please don't use bad language, it really upsets me, especially when it is about PayPal.

Well if you read PayPal's ToS you will see they DO NOT cover virtual/intangible items and that has been since caveman days.

Here is Micky's tip of the year, don't use PayPal. I only use them these days when there is no other option and it is a service that I trust. Too many scammers these days, they are every where and PayPal never helps, they always seem good at siding with the wrong side.

Sorry for the bad language...it edited it.
TOS or not...when you have the full proof that you were about to get scammed..and it is obvious to any human person. They should take steps. But right..it is easy to hide behind the TOS...personally,i really would like to use another service than them.
The only problem is it a must like a credit card.

I am so offended by calling paypal a bad name....Please pass the Kleenex!

So but no major company will go against their ToS.

You can bring the scammer to PayPals HQ and he can confess and I still think PayPal would side with the scamer

But anyway im sorry you got scammed, Its happens to us all at least 1 time

If you paid via paypal using your credit card/bank card (the money was not already in your paypal account- the money didn't come from your paypal balance), contact your credit card issuer/bank and file a chargeback. They will get the money from Paypal for you.

I hope you learned your lesson. Dont buy shit from random people.

I didn't even think about this.It was not from balance that is right.I am just not sure what to tell to the bank.Beside that i should go there personally i think.Which is not possible.
