Go to video manager in youtube click upload, when upload screen loads, click unlisted from the dropdown and then choose a video to upload. As usual put all seo stuff like title description, put tags annotations and what you like. Copy the video url once its uploaded. Go to some views/likes provider and subit your url for 1-2k views and likes if you want (not mandatory).
Once delivered go to your videomanager, click to edit the video and select the video to be public. After max. 1 min your video will be in the top results depending on the competition.

Yep I get deleted usually too but you can rank 1st for any keyword for some time.

- I don't think you will get banns for that
- 301 is max with pumping
- I only like with my few accounts manually (about 5 likes) and 1 comment
