Public Proxies vs Private Proxies for GSA?

When it comes to using proxies for GSA Search Engine Ranker (or other SEO tools), most experts recommend buying and using your own private proxies. However, there are also public proxy scrapers such as No Hands Proxies and Wicked Proxy Scraper that scrape thousands upon thousands of working public proxies for your usage, and promise to be much more effective than GSA's in-built public proxy scraper.

So guys, what do your recommend? Have you used one of the above public proxy scrapers? Are they just as effective as using your own private proxies?

Haven't used those scrapers, but for a while (years ago) I ran my own scraper/tester. In my experience it doesn't matter how often you're updating/testing them, they're still going to crap out a ton on you when you're trying to use them. Private proxies is definitely the way to go, even if it's a bit pricey.

Traditional proxy scrapers might have that problem, but those proxy scrapers I mentioned test whether the proxies are working, and use those tested proxies to find even more proxies. That seems pretty effective, but I guess you have to test it to really find out.

Public proxies will lower Your lpm with 40-60%: they burn out too fast. if that`s not a problem for you, you can use them of course.

Even GSA itself has very good proxy scraper and checker, but if you are serious about building links you will need private proxies.

when you running gsa ser, you will have email verification, pagerank checking (if enabled) and submission posting process

better to use private one since not going scrape only

I would rather spend a little and get private proxies then deal with public ones. You can get them pretty cheap from sellers in the BHW marketplace.

I use 20 private, 60 shared and also the built in public proxy scraper from GSA.
that combination of all 3 works really well for me.

I don't use any proxies. Get a VPS from a offshore country and use your verified lists. You will not have any problems.
