Spam With Subdomain, harmfull for root domain ?

I want to apply BH technique to rank my subdomain,But i dont know if it is harmful for main domain?

It definitely can be in case of a manual review but in most cases it's probably not that harmful. Consider popular blog hosts for example, all of them are using subdomains.

Is it possible to rank with sub-domain. I mean is it same as new root domain or it is hard to place rank with subdomain ?

Depends on the domain authority. If main domain is an authority domain, you can rank a subdomain easier.
