Sites were great, but you should really reconsider the companies you use for hosting.
After a month, went to check my sites and three of the five were down.
1. Hosting company responded quickly and "fixed a problem" though they didn't tell me what the problem was. They also had my invoice marked as "unpaid" even though it had been paid through recurring paypal. Turns out they were sold without telling me, the payment went to a different company (who acknowledged the payment but didn't refund it) and they required me to open a new payment account
2. Hosting company took a day to respond, saying "There seems to be something wrong with server your website is hosted on. We would recommend you to move the website to a new server by backing up the website using cPanel's backup tool and then restore it on the new server" that they want me to open an entire new account for. There's something wrong with their server (again, no details), so I just have to open a new account and move the site myself?
3. 24 hours and the hosting company hasn't even responded - this one is marked "account suspended" even though a payment was made last week.
I know this is cheap hosting, but there have to be better options for you to use.
This isnt his fault, but I feel your pain. Curious if you were using TugoHost? I had a very similar story... we love servers 'bought tugo host' but never told me, so my nameservers were wrong. i still have problems. Cheap hosting you have to deal with a lot of problems I am finding out. Theres real no way to find out until you test them out. Then you add them to the blacklist.
