While he is welcome to reply to your query himself, the issue was that he was using a lot of other link building methods, in addition to our service, which seem to have messed things up a little.

HI,
we pm'd you our subscription/order ID and still waiting. Been 15 days since ordering(10th May). Can you tell us whats happening as not seen a single link yet even from teh buffer sites. Paypal transaction was ********28650004V and funds left account on 10th May. Account setup was 5th May as paypal only took funds on 10th. We PM'd you that funds had been taken and to proceed with work on that day. Might just be a oversight or might be getting the report on Monday if its 10 working days but not seen any links made yet. just thought i would let you know
Also we PM's you a few days back about the recurring payment as its set to take $279 from the account but i thought it was only $229 (2nd month onwards) as the buffer sites now set up after the first payment. Can you advise if your takling $229 or $279 from the account for our 200 mixed pr package this month?
Also do we get the 50% extra for the May promotion as we paid on the 10th May?

Great news everyones rankings are improving. Just a quick question as a newbie, did everyone point the links directly to their sites or via the buffer sites to get your results? Im just wondering as i got a new domain and pointed it towards the buffers and not sure if i done the right thing or not

A report was sent to you yesterday, in keeping with the official turnaround time of 10 business days. Please check your spam folder. If you need us to resend it, please provide us with a non-Hotmail email address as Hotmail seems to be rejecting a lot of emails with attachments lately. Also, all of your links are already live. Since you opted for the buffers, you will however not see any high PR links pointed directly at your site. The high PR links are pointed at the buffers instead.
As for the additional fee for the buffers, it is part of the monthly subscription. As part of this additional monthly fee, we will be updating the buffers with new content every month, allowing them to grow in trust and authority.
The 50% promotion was launched earlier this week, well after the 10th of May. We will however provide you with some bonus links nonetheless.

Hi,
can you resend me my report please as checked in spam folder and its not there.
Also if i wanted further links in addition to the 200, can i simply pay the additional money for the difference in the package e.g. i want to upgrade to the current $249 package to the $459 package including the buffer sites? Can i simply stop the other reoccurring payment and start paying the $459 and get the same links i already have and also the additional links?

A friend of mine had great results with this service, not me unfortunately.
I started out at #12 and #13 for my main keywords "best tablet" and "best tablets" and now 3.5 weeks later I rank at page 4 and page 5.
This site is part of a batch of 9 sites, that are each identical build, just different niches but exact same setup/theme/layout/content quality and so on.
Each of those sites received 40 homepage blog posts (stickied) at PR2-PR4 sites and 12 links at my PR4+ network that consists of Drupal/Joomla/B2/Nucleus/LifeType sites prior to the 100 SAPE links that I rent.
On the 15th of May all of those 9 sites experienced a fairly large drop in rankings, it seems like there was some mini Google update that might be reversed cause between the 20th and 23th of May all rankings restored and most of them came back higher then before or at the same level, except for the one that received the SAPE links.

We can resend the report, but please PM me a non-Hotmail email address as mentioned earlier. As for your other question, to upgrade your current subscription and keep all of your existing links, you simply need to purchase a bigger package through our site as normal, while referencing your previous subscription ID on the order form. We will then cancel your old subscription and process a prorated refund of its latest payment. All of your existing links will be moved over to the new subscription.

It bears mentioning that the recent Panda update strictly looks at only on-site factors such as the quality of your content, navigational structure, ratio of affiliate links, user friendliness, etc. (not at your backlinks). If your site was affected by the Panda update, you may want to have a look at the official Panda guidelines available on Google's webmaster blog to see where you could be going wrong.

No, we do not. There are too many variables beyond just link building, such as the quality of your site, on-page optimization, etc. which go into determining your ranking and which we have no control over. Nearly 50 pages of glowing reviews should be enough of a guarantee to be honest
