Yes, its just 1 package for now. It's a monthly subscription!

Good question, I'm sure others might want to know the answer to that so I'll answer it here.

Its a mixture of contextual/editorial and footer links, but for the most part its footer.

But - I must tell you that the OBL is still under 5 links so they are VERY POWERFUL even if they are from the footer.
