I've seen a LOT of places so would be impossible to pick a clear winner, but my top 4 are:

South Island New Zealand has absolutely stunning scenery
Laos is amazing and the people are the nicest I have found anywhere
Costa Rica is one of my favourite countries of all
Guatemala, if only for Tikal (watching sunrise from the top of Temple IV is stunning)

The waterfall in La Fortuna, Costa Rica

(Not my pic, but I went to that exact spot). Doesn't look like it, but there is a ton of pressure on that waterfall. Especially after rain.

Ok seriously, I've never been to any other country yet, but Antalya is the best city I have ever seen in my country.. Many tourists, great hotels and vacation places, good clubs etc etc..
