Adsense can detect bots and proxy traffic and can give you a benefit of doubt but the real traffic with iframe is a sure shot ban.

Bingo. It is against TOS to buy traffic. So you set up a paid to click traffic source that clicks way out of proportion to real traffic, and wait.
Google will see the traffic from one source converting like mad, and your adsense account is gone, along with your money.
Of course you can swear you know nothing, but they will not believe for one minute you did not do that yourself.

Perhaps he uses this way to generate traffic or has some kind of advertisment. Do you have checked the source code?
It could be possible that he is replaceing the ads from your site with his ads. Now he can use all blackhack seo tools to get customers. And you will get the bust.

Well, one thing is clear, when the ofending site was only iframing my site in that given inner page, people clikcing the ads had a normal ctr and my adsense account didnt show any message to authorize my ads showing in the ofending site, but couple days later, there was an subpage of that inner page - site1.com/sshha/d-3-d4-d/ that had a new iframe of my site, and in that moment, adsense shown a message to verify if I wanted to allow my ads on that site. Curious that subpage didn't send the traffic, only the first page did, but my frame buster couldn't break out of that iframe in subpage, glad he stoped sending traffic to me then.
What were the domains?
There was a very old SEO trick that used to work - no idea if it still does - where if you had say a handbags website and wanted to rank for "red handbags", you could register redhandbags.xyz/.co.uk/etc, and iframe it to your main site.
And believe it or not your main site would start to rank for "red handbags".
Are the domains "douchebagscamartist" type keywords, i.e. negative ones that would benefit your competitors if you ranked for those phrases, or positive ones, or general ones, or what?
Have you tried searching for the keywords in the domains with the frames and seeing if you rank for those phrases?
Can't see any other reason TBH.

Domains are not indexed, don't have any content that I know besides that iframing page, one is in Portuguese other in German and other in English but the keywords in url aren't precisely related to my niche or keywords I target!
Not indexed but you've been seeing traffic from them?
Not anymore, since I used the frame buster, everytime my site would load in an iframe instead of loading my site I set it to load a web 2.0 page with a sales pages from where I saw some sales with the traffic he sent, but 4 days after doing this he might have seen it and started iframing other site.

I know you already know this but Paid Traffic is NOT against Adsense ToS (they would love it to be but probably fear a monopoly investigation). The reality is that although paid traffic is not against their ToS, paid traffic IS likely to get you banned.
They allow enough leeway in their ToS to not get sued but still ban anything they don't like.
