What is this guy trying to achieve?

This is driving me insane. I guess this attemps are indeed to kill my adsense account. Guess iframe method didn't work for him now one of my other sites is receiving 5 times more direct traffic than it uses to. Traffic comes from high-end mobile devices and from countries like Japan and US which my site language is not related.
Still this direct traffic is clicking the ads with a normal ctr and navigate the site like others do but clicks are more valuable as I think it is because they are from US.
Could this direct traffic come from a mobile app? Have I other choise other than take my ads off that site once I cant "block" direct traffic?

If you are really concerned then disable the traffic from Japan, China or from which ever country you are getting that traffic. One way to disable traffic is to use Cloudflare.
For that iframe thing.. use WP Content Copy Protection. It has a built-in iframe protection. Your website will break out the iframe.

You should be able to block anything from that referrer in your htaccess. Off the top of my head I can't think of the rewrite condition you'd need but it's certainly possible although he could easily spoof the referrer and change it on every request. Something like
RewriteCond %{HTTP:REFERER} (douche.site) [NC]
