Google Panda 4.0 Released

Keyword density aint got shit to do with it. Looks like they called it "panda" but meant to say "penguin".
Or they might of rolled out Panda with Penguin refresh, who knows, but it does seem like Off-site is still a main factor.
Also see spike in "unnatural links" messages.
I see sites with lower quality and large amount of backlinks drop, even though their content top-notch.
Sites with very few backlinks but sh*tty content went up.

Hmm that is interesting there is a spike in "unnatural links" messages?

I don't think it is all about panda. Maybe they forgot to say it penguin instead of panda.

So this is really panda? I have seen sites with 10% + keyword density and even sites with no content ranking on #1 :(

Some of my churn and burn sites where I was aggressive with on-page were hit. It could still be rolling out though. So you might see them off the SERP tomorrow.

My KW density was around 3% and it was same for all of my sites. I really think it had something to do with off-page seo too. I had all unique content with 600+ words. My unique content got slapped and sites with no content still ranking. Now this is BS.

I will see how things roll out.

Yep, the only sites of mine that got hit were the ones that were in big money niches. It all makes sense now.

This is honestly fu..ing awful. How easy is it to devalue sites for big money terms. Scrape top 10 positions for big money terms with scrapebox that advertisers are killing each other to be on the first page than go to google admin panel and add all those sites to black list except cnn, msn, youtube, yahoo etc. Replace the ones that are gone with again cnn,... etc. I could do that in 1 hour for all money words in all the languages and i wouln't need a "algorithm" or employees or huge super computers or "MIT degree" or a brain. Now take your "payday loan 2.0" algorithm update and gtfo Matt.

These update threads look awfully like shitmasterworld.

Here's a clue from someone all too familiar with that place: take what Matt Cutts says, invert it. Translate it to German, then to Russian, then back to English. Then read that gibberish. See what it says? Yup, it doesn't say much, right? That's right, cuz what he says isn't worth a minute of your time.

Prediction: In one week we'll see someone rank a pokemon site for buy viagra, just to mock Matt Cutts.

PS. Anyone else notice how many threads we had here the past 15 days trying to mine data out of black hats? Google is here and is learning from us actively. They're buying from BST's and infiltrating every network and technique. Watch out guys, the game is more fun than ever.

So far looking like another update to weed out the sites with really spammy link profiles. Don't go buying every service you see in the marketplace unless you want your site to tank when these updates come along at random. Stick to what works and don't take any unnecessary risks or cut corners.
